This November, we’re celebrating National Game Week with a special Taste of Game Supper at The Barnsdale. Our chefs have created a five-course menu that brings the very best of the season to the table – think rich pulled duck leg wrapped into a spiced taco, delicate partridge paired with celeriac and pickled walnut, and a comforting pheasant stroganoff served with onion rice and gherkins.
To finish, we’ll be serving a pear and blackberry crumble with star anise custard and coffee ice cream – the perfect sweet ending to an autumn evening.
